All UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked service. We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (this does not include weekends or public holidays).
UK customers can opt for tracked 24 hour delivery (next day). Orders placed before 1:00pm on weekdays will be sent out that day and will arrive with customers the day after providing there are no delays on Royal Mail's behalf. Orders placed after 1.00pm will be sent out the morning after and orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday morning.
European & Rest of the world parcels are also sent via Royal Mail, and shipping time varies on your location.
We do also offer a collection service from our Rotherham warehouse (S66 9BQ), our collections times are between 10am - 3pm Monday-Friday. Contact us via email if you have any queries regarding our collection service.
If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please message us using the contact form.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the online tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
